I was at a meeting of Aware last night.
"Act your way into a feeling" rather than "feel your way into action" : advice I was offered. If you sit around waiting to feel well enough to act, you may well find yourself a long time waiting.
It made sense to me. I came home feeling better than I have in ages.
That’s why I’m writing this today.
I’ve been doing lots of things lately that really, truly scare me. If I waited till I wasn’t scared to do them, I’d never do anything. So I think I know what you mean. Good luck!

Isn’t it about making choices in your life. About taking ownership over how one feels. it’s about changing your mindset, gaining control. Unfortunately at times this is easier said than done.
